Finding my way around my own website. . .

As a clinical social worker, my relationship with technology has been limited.  I can find my way surfing the net, sending email, using word processing, spreadsheets, and so on.  But creating a website has been way beyond my skills!  I want to send out a heartfelt “Thank you!” to the students at Bradley University, Peoria, IL, who were involved in creating this website!  4 years of being in private practice had not allowed me the time to learn what was needed so that I could make this happen on my own.  I can totally relate with the TV commercial that’s been playing recently about people creating their own websites. . .without the help of Samantha and crew – I’d still be just thinking about this site.

Never having blogged before — and not really having the time to read others’ blogs – I’m hoping that I don’t make any blatant mistakes.  I can still remember when I learned that using all caps meant that I was “yelling” at whomever was reading what I sent in an email!  So, if anyone out there reads this and notices any rules or etiquette that may be absent — I’m open to your feedback!  Yes – I am one of those people who uses the exclamation point – if that offends – I’ll simply say, “Get over it!”

I’m interested to see what, if any, response I receive from this.  Thank you for taking the time to review my site and this blog!
